SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 3-5 business days to process and package your online order for shipping, excluding pre-orders & custom orders. Please note, processing time is not included in the shipping timeline. Merrick's Custom Leather Handbags & Boutique ships merchandise based on weight of the merchandise being purchased and regional shipping zone. The rates and timeline of how long timeline of how long your order takes to be delivered is set by the USPS, and can not be changed or amended by MS&B. Please know that no standard delivery time is guaranteed by USPS. Orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority or First Class depending on weight and usually arrive between 2-7 business days after being shipped. Due to Covid-19 you could experience delays or redirects of your packages.

Merrick's Custom Leather Handbags & Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damage packages with USPS. If your package has been lost, stolen, or damaged please file a claim with your local post office.

Merrick's Custom Leather Handbags & Boutique is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided for shipping.

Shipping and handling costs are non- refundable. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and re-shipping charges for exchanges.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been fulfilled. Please not the tracking number may not be valid until the package has been scanned by the carrier. For example, if an order is fulfilled late Friday afternoon, you may receive a tracking number but not be able to track the package until it leaves on Monday. Keep this in mind during holidays. Estimated delivery time does not include holidays or weekends. Orders placed Friday will not be processed until Monday or Tuesday.

Return & Exchange Policy

All Merchandise purchased "ON SALE, FLASH SALE or AUCTION" or purchased at a discounted price are FINAL SALES. No returns, exchanges or store credit. 

​

CUSTOM ORDERS will be ALL SALES FINAL. NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES or STORE CREDIT.

*GIFT CARDS can ONLY BE USED by the GIFT CARD HOLDER, NO EXCEPTIONS*

Any returns or exchanges will have a 14 day return policy. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing return for STORE CREDIT. 

​

Once an order has been placed, orders CANNOT BE CANCELLED and items cannot be removed by the customer.

​

Merrick's Custom Leather Handbags & Boutique may cancel an order at any time, for any reason.
